The auction
You may bid for today or an offered future date while that market is open. Bids are sealed and cannot be edited after authorization. At the close, the highest valid authorized bid wins; deterministic database ordering resolves an exact tie. We may void a session affected by a technical, payment or abuse incident.
Payment
Submitting a bid authorizes Stripe to place a temporary card hold. We capture only the winner. Losing authorizations are cancelled, though your bank controls how quickly a pending hold disappears. Taxes, if legally due, are your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Your ad
You confirm that your name, link, claim and artwork are lawful, accurate, safe to visit, and yours to use. You grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to host, resize and display them for the auction and Wall of Fame. No impersonation, malware, illegal content, infringement, deception, hate, harassment or explicit sexual content.
Review
Generated winner cards can publish immediately. Uploaded artwork is reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove artwork or links that breach these terms or create risk; the generated winner card may be shown instead. Moderation does not transfer responsibility for your content to us.
Availability and liability
We aim to settle every day reliably, but networks, banks and providers can fail. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected day. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Questions and disputes
Contact the operator above first and include the auction date. These terms are governed by the mandatory consumer rules and law applicable to the identified operator; any forum rights you have as a consumer remain intact.
